Our coconuts are from the Philippines and are picked as they reach peak ripeness between 6 and 7 months on the palm tree. At this point in the coconut's life, they hold perfect levels of nutrients and sweetness. Our coconuts are naturally packed with 5 sources of electrolytes: potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium to keep you hydrated longer.
